What is your turnaround time?
If we have your hat in stock, we will ship it immediately. If we do not currently have it in stock, it takes an average of 2 weeks, with some specialty hats taking 4 weeks (max.) Feel free to contact us for availability and expedited shipping options if you need the hat by a certain date. We ship using FedEx Ground.

Do you accept returns?
All of our hats are handmade, one by one. For this reason, we do not accept returns, but exchanges only. We ask that if you are not happy with your hat, you notify us within 3 days of receiving it. Someone will get back to you promptly. We will split the shipping cost with you, as no one likes to receive something that doesn’t work. You pay for the hat to ship back to us, we will pay for it to ship back to you. Shipping & return policy here.

How do I know what size to buy?

Do you have felt color swatches?
Yes! Colors can vary depending on your screen. Order worry-free by requesting complimentary color swatches first. Request a complimentary swatch card now.
