All of our hats are handmade, one by one. For this reason, we do not accept returns, but we will exchange your hat and make sure we get you the right one or give you a credit you can use at a later time. We ask that if you are not happy with your hat, you notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. Someone will get back to you promptly. Hats that are worn or show signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange. Because we value you and want to get you in the right hat, we will cover the shipping on the first order if it needs to be sent back for a new style.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
We ship using FedEx Ground, with signature required, unless otherwise specified. If you choose not to have a signature on your delivery, and your hat is lost or stolen, we are unable to replace your hat. (We've had this happen!) We are happy to ship express if you required, please contact us directly, as the fees included in checkout are for FedEx Ground.
