All of our hats are handmade, one by one. For this reason, we do not accept returns, but exchanges only. We ask that if you are not happy with your hat, you notify us within 3 days of receiving it. Someone will get back to you promptly. We will split the shipping cost with you, as no one likes to receive something that doesn’t work. You pay for the hat to ship back to us, we will pay for it to ship back to you.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
We ship using FedEx Ground, with signature required, unless otherwise specified. If you choose not to have a signature on your delivery, and your hat is lost or stolen, we are unable to replace your hat. (We've had this happen!) We are happy to ship express if you required, please contact us directly, as the fees included in checkout are for FedEx Ground.
